Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Princeton University in 1992. She earned her law degree from American University in 1996 and then became a licensed attorney in Maryland. She began her recruiting career in 1997. Her focus has covered lateral associate, partner, and contract attorney searches for companies and law firms in the greater Washington metropolitan area. She also has successfully placed candidates who have relocated to other major markets.

On the lateral side of recruiting, Sarah has placed dozens of attorneys, primarily into top name law firms in Washington, DC. She has also placed lateral attorneys into "in-house" positions at both small and large companies.

On the contract side, Sarah has placed both individual "quasi-associates" as well as large teams of document review contract attorneys. Her largest corporate account was a twenty million dollar contract with Bristol-Myers Squibb. She also staffed multi-lingual contract attorneys in multiple states for the Bayer Baycol pharmaceutical litigation.

For those attorneys who are not necessarily interested in making a move but who are merely curious about current market trends, Sarah is happy to share her insight regarding market patterns, available opportunities, and overall attorney career development. Sarah has become a go-to search consultant and career advisor for attorneys in the Washington, DC area. Her advice has been featured in the Legal Times and the Daily Record as well as on career specialist panels at area law schools.

Prior to her position with Continuum Legal, Sarah served as Recruiting Manager for Fannie Mae, Director of Human Resources for Sageworks, Inc., Director of Legal Recruiting for Management Recruiters International, and Senior Attorney Recruiter for Klein Landau & Romm. In these roles, Sarah successfully developed and managed relationships with a variety of companies and law firms throughout the United States.

Sarah is originally from Rochester, New York, where she graduated as valedictorian from Allendale Columbia School and earned a national tennis ranking. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her growing family in Washington County, Maryland and playing competitive tennis.

Angela brings years of experience working for large corporate clients, including pharmaceutical companies and the tobacco industry. She can easily identify the proper attorney candidates to fit your needs because she has trained and managed teams of staff attorneys, contract attorneys and paralegals assigned to paper and electronic document reviews.

Prior to joining Continuum Legal, Angela was a litigation associate at DLA Piper in Washington, D.C. In addition to her corporate litigation experience, Angela served as a prosecutor in Hampden County, Massachusetts and also worked as an insurance defense attorney. Angela is barred in Massachusetts, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
